  Unfortunately dreadful service from a private company supposedly supplying NHS GP services. I called the practice midweek about 9.30am, and after waiting '1st in queue' for 21 minutes I was very bluntly told 'we don't have any appointments, go to the walk-in centre.'

  Usless , my daughter staid with Urine infection 3 mounts until we request to the doctors to have an urine sample sent over for testing other to have antibiotic proscribed like water for "possible infection. No wonder that they have got "needs improvements" in all domains after CQC introspection. !!! Mothers out there please push them harder than extreme to have you and your childrens checked for any symptoms.!!!

  Never can get doctors appointments get better service phoning NHS line that then tell you to phone your doctors and they have to see you. Ended up in a & e due to No appointments avalible and when you call always takes 30 - 40 minutes to get through.

  We joined this surgery when it first opened as a nurse lead practice. There were 3 fabulous doctors. When 3well took over the service went down. 3well refused to renew the GPs contracts so the practice is now manned by locums. This isn't good for patients with long standing health issues. The last CQC inspection says 'requires improvements' but there's been no change. The nurse practitioners are brill. GPs not so. I was told I had a problem with my thyroid. I absolutely do I don't have one! Despite complaining I've not had any communication from the practice. If I could be confident that another surgery would be any better I'd move unfortunately I can't. So whilst this is a moan it's also a warning to those looking for a new GP surgery don't sign up with Botolph Bridge.

  Excellent surgery! Every time I call I get an appointment, partly because the only time I go is when my little boy is unwell. The thing is that people don’t understand about GP surgeries is that they have to prioritise, for example, if a load of poorly babies call up with breathing problems that day then unfortunately that sore throat you have that is clearly viral and doesn’t need any antibiotics will have to wait. Has everyone forgotten this is a free service?! They are massively over run with patients and do a fantastic job.
