  Very limited selection of spray paint. Staff didn't know where they were. Brand had changed so couldn't get the colour I normally use. Price had doubled on what was similar. Total waste of time going to a big store that has no choice despite its size. Never bother going there again. Just pop into a local hardware store or Wilco for better choice and better value.

  I would like to give a huge thank you to Dave who helped my partner and me choose some kitchen tiles today. I have never experienced such amazing customer service, nothing was too much trouble. Well done By&Q and many thanks Dave

  A really good B&Q a wide range of products with very helpful staff. One of the best I have been to.

  Shocking service only 2 tills open one if which can only do small items as scanner broken but other till in full Working order stood empty. Asked a guy who was standing watching the till with wonky eyes if there was a manager available. He replied yes somewhere. I doubt if iwill get a reply if your staff is anything to go by

  Went to store to purchase a shower and flooring not on the shelf, guy ? called Chris was more than helpful ordered in store on line and it has been delivered by lunchtime today very impressed. Buying wooden flooring a bit of a minefield, again very helpful chap called Mac could not have asked for better customer service, have had some bad experiences with larger stores and chains so well done to staff and thank you
