  This one employee helped us out sooooo much ! His name is BEN his really great , he told us what we needed and made our first ever shopping at B&Q perfect!

  B&Q is good for clearance sales. Quality products on sales most of the time.

  Very helpful when looking for a certain colour paint, Robbie in killingbeck store checked other stores and found it ,did a click n collect for me , well pleased with the service

  It's always an awful experience but today's very grumpy "lady" doing front of house made it particularly entertaining. Whilst waiting for ten minutes in a queue to pay, the only thing that stopped me, impatiently putting my purchases down was my fascination at how anybody could employ her and why anyone who so obviously disliked her job would do it. Her tutting and grunting at clients amazed me almost as much as the way she shuffled around the floor. Of course they didn't have stock of what l in went for and my journey was wasted anyway.
