  Had so much trouble once i had ordered and paid for a kitchen work top. Was told several times about a date and time so took the day off to wait for it to arrive , didnt arrive on time so i phoned b and q who passed me pn to another company who said it was on the way and would be wih us in an hour, didnt arrive (was now 6pm) they said it would come wihin an hour , never arrived. So had to cancel builders who were comig to fit it. Then got told another day and the exact same thing happened. Finally after all this someonr actually told me the truth that is wasnt in stock and would be delivered he next week. We then finially had it delivered and it was damaged.

  Helpful, friendly and quickly served. Nice scones in the cafe too.

  Huge store, with huge selection of building and ancillary sector, products. Massive car parking area, friendly and knowledgeable staff, customer lift to cafe (hot/cold drinks, sandwiches, snacks and free WiFi). Queues can be quite slow...although there are optional self service checkouts available.Well priced for trade and non trade alike. Worth a visit.

  Good general DIY store. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Though for some unknown reason someone thought it wise to redesign the floor layout so its now become a bit of a maze. So much better when there were normal straight aisles to navigate. Please return it to how it was.

  Choice of DIY stuff. At a good price. Brought a new sink and I've been buying all the drain and plumbing bit to fit exactly into a tight space. Can ask staff too which is helpful.
