  I went in looking for a shed. “Andy” the staff member that helped me out couldn’t have been more helpful - sorted out any potential issues that could have hampered delivery. Very thorough and took his time - the delivery was as prescribed and I got the courtesy call from the delivery men prior to them arriving. Very impressed with customer service. Head office should be proud of the helpful, friendly staff in this store. Thank you .

  Good range of most trade and diy materials tools etc and good coffee shop. Unfortunatly garden centre was closed due to rain.

  Four months ago we bought a Cook and Lewis square soft close toilet for our new bathroom how ever it was the worst product we had purchased as the soft close stopped working after 2 months of being installed, all so in the bottom of the system the enamel had been missed causing staining. Having contacted customer services on how we could rectifie this problem they advised me to take pictures and go to the store with our receipt and show them the problem, we spoke to a lovely young girl called Jasmine who couldn't have been more helpful and had excellent customer service skills, she sorted us out and we left very happy. Our Cooke and Lewis shower we purchased from there is brilliant no problems at all.
