Good sized car park, nice clean and well lit store, staff helpful and friendly, some good offers on, and good selection of building goods, as well as wallpaper and paint, and good displays of bathrooms and kitchens, could do with a few more staff at busy times.

Good size B&Q. I really wouldn't waste your time purchasing anything for the bathroom here because the staff in the bathroom section have no knowledge of the products and just point you to the brochure without offering assistance with orders (even if something is on display they don't actually know where you can pick up the product in store and instead tell you to order it. Actually with a little more effort they could have found it down the next aisle). Much better off doing your own research online and selecting the delivery option or going to a different B&Q for bathroom items.

B&Q bathrooms are expensive but they do come with a 10 year warranty so I thought it would be worth it. Firstly a tile cracked, contacted B&Q and they sent a different fitter who didn't have the same colour grouting so now I have two different shades of grey around my tiles. 11 months later the composite sink is discolouring on one side, contacted B&Q and have been told Ali will ring me back. It's been 3 months now and each time I'm told Ali will ring me back and he hasn't.

Been meaning to post this review for years and so sorry it's only now I'm doing it. I'm a kitchen fitter and I've followed Richard cartridge across a few stores because he is very professional and will always look after tradesman and deal with any problems swiftly. I recommend him more than the b and q store and advise any fitter from anywhere to go through the his stores as I've had so many problems with everyone else. I actually got bullied into using northwich b and q and I've never known anything like it, really bad ill educated in there field and also no accountability what so ever. Steer clear, see rich at me if park
