::Staff are so unhelpful. Just watched me struggle at till while they stood around chatting with security than offer to help. When I did ask for help was just told that was all they had without even checking. Then I had to beg some one to show me where to find what I was looking for. Awful service from many staff.

::Visited this morning to buy 3 white goods...Fridge Freezer and Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer...nobody to serve us.....we asked at desk....waited but still no one came....then 3 assistants came and talked to each other about various domestic issues but totally ignored us even failing to acknowledge us...so we came home and bought online for 700 pounds...obviously B&Q dont need the business!!
