  It's a nice store, well laid out and has a huge car park. But the problem is they do not have a lot of staff on hand to help customers. I walked up and down the store but could not see an employee so went to the service desk instead. Hence my rating.

  Went last Wednesday for a Artificial Xmas tree but the one that I wanted wasn't available. They only had the display one left. I was told by the member of staff that there wouldn't be anymore of these trees, there no Box and couldn't get anymore money if it. I hadn't asked for anymore discount but the man was quite abrupt so I came out without anything Returned back today Saturday to check for anymore that I might like and saw the same tree again with a full pallett of these trees. I asked a lady member of staff Krista when these had arrived and explained what happened last Wednesday. KRISTA went and asked the manager there and then if this tree could be kept for the following Wednesday so I can get my discount off. He said NO we could have it today with the discount off for the bad and rude customer service i had encountered on Wednesday. I was extremely happy and the difference these two members of staff made especially Krista she was so happy to help that I came out with a lovely tree that I wanted before and on top of that the discount. So thanks Krista you made my day. 😀
