  Shocking behaviour from staff for 2 weeks. Made me feel like inconvenience and not helpful at all

  Good store with friendly staff, its just you get a lot of stuff cheaper at screwfix!

  I was confused that I was buying a spacific amount if floor tiles 12 to be exact. Only to find out that I was one short because although there are loose tiles in display you can buy boxes only. The assistant was very nice and polite but refused to get a price for the odd tile.
