  I had read the online reviews and was encouraged to realise one of my New Years resolutions to go and get remeasured. I received a really warm welcome from Sandra who gave me excellent advice and service. She took great care to listen to my needs and brought me a range of styles to choose from. I was touched that she came to check every style I tried on to check for fit and comfort. I came away with a really good fitting every day bra and sports bra (having never been properly fitted for one before this is a revelation!) I have already shared and recommended my experience to a number of friends. Thank you so much Sandra and see you again.

  It’s not cheap, but the customer service is outstanding. Takes the pain out of bra shopping!

  Extremely friendly and helpful staff. It's not cheap, but it's worth it for the helpfulness and great customer service. Underwear can make or break an outfit, so you've got to get the basics right!

  Popped in during a lunch break while visiting Oxford for a conference and was very impressed by the great service of the fitter I saw. She managed to attend to three people who all felt they had an attentive personal service.
