  Contacted me to arrange an appointment for a procedure that they originally said they wouldn't do as it was "cosmetic", originally booked me in on the day that I told them not to and when I re-arranged the preferred date I went down there only to have been seen by the wrong doctor. Wasted two hours and still had to go back to work to make up the time I'd lost. Terribly organised place.

  I thought Nottinghamshire GPs were bad where I was from but moving to Bretton has made them look really good!! Over an hour to wait for an appointment even though you have one....not coming back to you when you have been referred anyway....not very pleasant on the phone sometimes and abrupt...no appointments to fit in with you if you work....I could go on but I hate being negative so will just change my surgery I think and hope and prey I can get one better than this in Peterborough.

  This is for Dr N Olude I took someone to see Dr Olude at Bretton Medical Centre after speaking to Dr Olude when he was working Triage the previous day. This gentleman arranged a double appointment for the patient, providing an appropriately sympathetic service with an extremely thorough health check up. I would thoroughly recommend this GP, and his helpful staff who missed lunch (Thank you Rachel Bull) and arranged earlier assessments so we didn't have to return in the afternoon (Thank you Zoe). I am extremely grateful and cannot thank you enough for your kind services.

  Well.. I have been a patient of this practice for 18 years... In the last 3 weeks my son has been at the practice twice.. Both doctors have treated him with such respect.. They were great, they respected him As the patient, which was brilliant.. I think it's great that my son was respected in this way.. Receptionists... I always joke that they go to Some rude camp to train.. And they have been a nightmare to get passed in.the past.. But they also were great... Thank you.
