::I was previously a member of chain gym (which I rarely used) until I came across this place. I have no doubt that I made the right choice with Bridge Fitness. It has all the equipment I need and a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. The staff are always happy to help and offer advice. They've given me the confidence to try new exercises and try different pieces of equipment to really progress my training. If you are looking for a gym then I highly recommend this one.
