  Always had a exceptional service from here. Untill tonight. Ordered at 7pm and was told order would be 50 mins a extra 20 mins was added on..fair enough it is Friday night. Was told our order has been delivered 8.35pm..it had not. Order arrived 8.55pm cold. Delivery driver had children in the front and back of car. When phoning the fish bar they denied anything was wrong or that the driver had children in the car even after us saying we have cameras facing car and can provide eveidance. Such a shame as like I 1st said only ever experienced top service from here. No doubt they will remove this comment and driver will deny having children in car.

  The place has gone down vastly. It's staff are slow.. food is very greasy.. the chips are not always cook properly..the staff have no hygiene rules.. they smoke outside.. or on their phones.. and I've never seen them wash their hands..

  Food was ok, but they left a pie off the order, which happens, that's acceptable, but we're only 2miles away, 61mins we waited for a pie!!! What a joke!!! our food went cold and reheated fish and chips is never as good as fresh cooked. Not impressed at all. However, was told we'd get discount next time... We shall see. I'd recommend picking up, not ordering delivery.

  Love this spot. Been here several times and always come back when in town. Great chips, kebabs and more.
