  Worst agency on earth. I rented Flat number 2 above smilies off licence. 443 waterloo road. This property is still marketed by brighter lets. The owner left drugs in my house after a visit where i wasnt present he had been doing lines off my window sill!!!!. I wouldnt mind but it was 930 am. They then kept my deposit for no reason ( £500 ), i spent 3 months getting it back. They dont even submit evidence in support of why they take your deposit, they just did it because i reported him to the police and property ombudsman. For some reason hes reported me as a fake reviewer. Yet he never answered one call or email from me in 6 months to assist me in getting my deposit back.

  With holding my 525 deposit, based on an UNSIGNED deposit agreement i have never seen. Their weasel of a director andrew wont take my calls or make an appointment to see me . As they've responded to everyone else below, im wondering of they'll ignore this aswell????????? Theyve fraudulently held my deposit as per the unsigned agreement attached and will not release my £525. Landlords beware !!! Tenants Beware. Dont use this agent - I have received no reply to any emails or texts - Theyve basically stolen my deposit and are attempting to forge paper work to cover them selves saying its valid?. As the LANDLORD is ultimately responsible for my deposit its that gentleman who i will taking to court, if your a landlord, i suggest you think twice. As a tennant, they are complete desperate money grabbing low lifes. They provide little to no communication and do not adhere to legal guidlines when letting a property as per the attached document.

  Brilliant company, friendly and helpful. Nice to see a letting agent who acts in the best interest of their client - the Landlord. Great advice and service all round

  NEVER MIND THE 1 STAR, MINUS 5 STARS, HAD TO PRESS ONE TO LET ME POST, MY MAN WAS WAITING TO HEAR BK FROM THEM, HE PAID HIS £50. ADMIN FEE FOR THE FLAT, THEY TOOK AGES GETTING BACK, SO HE PHONED THEM, AND THEY SAID THE WOMAN YOU NEED TO SPEAK TO IS BUSY, STILL NOT GOT BACK, THEY KEPT THE MONEY, A DISGRACE STILL NEVER GOT BACK AND ITS 6 WEEKS NOW (WARNING DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY OF CON ARTISTS !!!
