  Helpful and friendly staff. Location is easy to find with ample parking. I popped in to buy a very small part for my car and was made to feel very welcome. No pushy sales staff but they were attentive. I don't buy new cars, but would recommend them to someone looking to buy from a (Honda) dealer.

  I have had dealings with Brighton Honda for nearly a decade, it is their level of service that keeps me coming back to the brand and always buying Honda. They are friendly, helpful and always explain any issues with your vehicle clearly. And for a main dealer the costs of their MOTs, services and repairs are very reasonable.

  One star is too generous but I can't give it the negative score I'd like to! Salesmen totally disinterested! One sat fiddling with his mobile phone ignoring me completely. The one who did speak to me failed to mention Honda's "Magic Seats" - given that this is the biggest selling feature of the Honda for me as I had outlined my need to have adequate space between front and back seats for my mother's walking aid, I assume he hadn't really listened to me in the first place! One model I wanted to look at was outside - so he unlocked it and retreated back inside, failing to talk to me about any of the vehicles features. The final straw came when he refused to give me a brochure of the vehicle I'm interested in because I'd been openly honest that I wasn't buying, but researching prior to selecting a company fleet vehicle!!!! Thankfully I'll never have to deal with this showroom again.
