  My family and I have been going to the car wash for many years now and haven't had a problem. I have heard a few stories of the company treating there staff badly and after reading the responses from the manager to bad reviews I may not get my car washed here again. You should not be arguing with customers about how bad the condition of there car is and saying things like "Laughable claim that we damaged it". I can understand that it's frustrating reading negative comment you may not think are true but you should not respond unprofessionally. I would advise sorting out the pricing, the price should not change according to how dirty you think the car is. There should be a set price for average sized cars and a set price for 4x4's. You could even be more specific like the photo I have posted below. People will become confused and think you are overcharging them if you keep changing the price.

  IF I WAS YOU I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS CAR WASH. THE JOB THEY DONE WAS DISGRACEFUL AND THE PRICE THEY CHARGED WAS UNREAL. I NOW HAVE MARKS ON MY CAR WHICH WERE NOT THERE BEFORE. HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS I WILL NEVER KNOW. AVOID/AVOID/AVOID

  Scratched up both passenger and driver doors in the cleaning process. Furious! Do not use this place!!!

  Awful. Asked for the "customer favourite" priced at around £16. Chap took one look at my Honda CRV and said that because it wasn't the size of a smart car it would cost £36.50. I went ahead and expected great things but returned to an interior which had just been vacuumed and that was not even done very well. I wiped off (easily accessible) mud and dirt from the interior and the top of the back seats had not even been touched. Absolutely disgraceful and a complete waste of money. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
