  From the first phone call to the last all at Bristol street Oxford where very helpful I travelled 250 mile round trip to purchase my new car on arrival they made me and my wife very welcome and did not keep me waiting. The show room was very busy which made me feel that I’d made the right decision to come all this way as this shows they care about their customers. My car was ready to go just had to sign some paperwork I used their 7 day free insurance which I’ve now extended for the year excellent cover for my 208. The car was 9 months old and I’m delighted with the look and drive exactly as Ahmed described to me. So overall over the moon with all at Bristol street Oxford would use them again the distance I travelled no problem. Thanks Jarrod & Tracy

  Brought car in for aircon repair and re-gas didn't repair aircon, just re gassed it ( i didn't know) A few moths later i bring it back because aircon isn't working.and they claim i only asked for regas and that they would not have regassed if it was leaking (i have an aircon test report from earlier in the week when i got it tested by merityre) Wait two hours whilst they "inspect my car" They say the radiator is damaged. they want to charge me £475 for repair and charge for regas.
