  This is a long overdue note to say how delighted we are with our new shower room .It is fabulous an looks great ,such a difference to what we had before.Your help and guidance in choosing everything was invaluable.The fitting team were absolutely amazing,each and every one of them were excellent and so professional.courteous and helpful. Our next project will be our en suite shower room,so you have not seen the last of us yet !

  Just had 3 x Rooms supplied & fitted by Bubbles!!! Ensuite Shower Room, Family Bathroom, WC Room. All designs/layout suggestions were fantastic. Products both supplied & fitted superbly and in a reasonable time-scale. All staff were v.courteous and customer service so helpful. We now have 5-star hotel type rooms in our own home!!!

  THIS RANT IS ABOUT THE FORMER OWNER OF BUBBLES AND NOT THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT. What can I say; they went bust last year due to very poor management by a deluded owner.. Formerly run by the weasel faced, mealy mouthed Angus Kerr ( anyone who can title themselves: "CHAIRMAN, The Angus Kerr Group of Companies", has to have problems or certainly a few screws missing), who left behind masses of debt, creditors and unsatisfied customers and an unenviable reputation. Not to worry though as he is now the manager/whipping boy at The Bathroom Company, 8 Kew Terrace, Edinburgh. Where I am sure that it won't be long before he gets up to his old tricks. Why not make his day and call in and say hello ! Or simply express your total contempt for this piece of filth. PLEASE NOTE: BUBBLES are now under new ownership and Mr Kerr is no longer involved ...so you would be safer here than at his new place of work !

  We've just had a family bathroom fitted by Bubbles and couldn't have been happier. The service was fantastic from start to finish. Stevie and the guys worked quickly and managed to finish in the agreed time 😊. Thank you very much to the team at bubbles.

  Edited to add that Bob at Bubbles has texted me to say he is withholding my guarantee paperwork because of this negative review. I am afraid I would not recommend Bubbles Bathrooms (Morningside Bathrooms). We signed with them to convert our overstairs cupboard in to a toilet with wash basin. The job included boxing in a couple of shelves and fitting cupboard doors, installing pipework and boxing this in and connecting it to the existing external waste pipe. We were told it would be a 3 day job. It took 9 days. Sometimes only 1 guy would turn up instead of 2. Sometimes no one would turn up before 11 in the morning then would knock off at 3pm. One day, no one came at all. The joinery work had to get ripped out and re-done due to the poor quality workmanship first time round. They core drilled a 4 inch diameter hole in my external wall that was not needed then left it open to the elements over night before having to fill it back in. The sink leaked badly from day 1 and had obviously never been tested. The toilet started leaking after 2 days, leaving damp patches on the wall in our downstairs hall. Communication was poor and I felt I had to argue repeatedly to get things simply put right. Hopefully everything has now been finished and there will be no more leaks (time will tell), but for what I paid (not cheap), this should have been higher quality, smoother run and finished on time.
