  Good branch customer service but worst company to deal with when you happen to have a misfueling incident. They take over £700 for the incident which is actually worth half the price and then take over a month to return part money. After that, few weeks later they charged me for the damage again and had to call countless of times, as they would assure me that the charge was legitimate; "probably an insurance fee" until you get transfered to a knowledgeable staff who got the situation. I was meant to receive back my money within 7 days, it took over a month for it to reach my account. No apologies and 2 customer service reps hanged up or "had their system down" when I would request a compensation for having called over 15 times and having to chase them for all the above. Do not recommend.

  Took a while to get the car as there was only 1 member of staff doing rentals but were friendly.

  Great experience with our car rental. Very helpful and understanding when we decided to return the car early. Shannon was a delight to deal with, so pleasant and helpful.

  So far very impressed, good car and very competitive price compared to other car rentals. Slight mix up on agreement of petrol but resolved easy enough. Just waiting for the deposit back...
