  Hired a van 11am-5pm. Tried to return it at the allocated time and nobody was there to take it. Customer service told us that we shouldn't have been able to hire it until 5 and advised us not to leave it outside and that we had to store the van ourselves for 3 days until the shop reopened and return it then. Had to take time off work to sort it out. Terrible service.

  Absolutely appalling service. I was due to pick a van up at 4o'clock to then get a phone call at 3:45 to tell me the van was no longer available. I need it for moving house and it left me in a right pickle. There was no alternative offered and no offer for compensation so I could get a van from somewhere else. I has to use a different company which sent costs from £30 with budget to £130 with another company because it was short notice but I has no choice. It's been nearly 2 weeks and I still haven't had my refund for them cancelling the van.

  Cheap, some nice cars,some nasty ones too though.
