  Mum vs Kids

  Went to see the hygienist in January 2018 - first time here at this practice. The young lady was in a word 'rude, and sarcastic and kept tutting and rolling her eyes. I will look elsewhere for a hygienist and will definitely not let my children anywhere near her. The dentists were however great.

  I was directed to BUPA Dental clinic through NHS 111, I wasn’ t disappointed the receptionists and Dentist couldn’t put me at easy quick enough as I’m one of those people who’d rather not go to the dentist! I was made to feel welcome and was seen in a very short period of time with excellent results.

  Not sure what’s happened since it was taken over by Bupa but clearly the receptionists aren’t happy about it. All I heard as I waited for my appointment were audible complaints, whinges and moans about working conditions. No polite greeting as I entered and no smiles from any of the receptionists I engaged with. Oh. And they NEVER answer the phone! The dentists are fabulous but their frontline staff could be more professional.

  I've been with the dentist for over 30 years, very helpful staff as I am so scared! Natalia Sobczak who has been my dentist for a couple of years now is excellent. I would highly recommend this practice. 5stars all the way.

  Myself and hubby have had excellent dental treatments from Liz Gibson for the past 20 years. Genuinely sad to hear she's left the practice. Liz always made our bi-annual check ups light-hearted with her humour.. Please send her our future good wishes. That said, an infected wisdom tooth requiring a short notice appointment was dealt with very well by Mr Browne. The practice is professional, friendly and has a good duty of care.
