  The staff are extremely rude ( rolled eyes when I spoke) and unhelpful when asking why the burrito was more than advertised. Their attitude was so bad I didn’t even get a burrito in the end. My friends who had burritos said they were cold and bland!

  I ordered a small burrito, which still seemed massive. It was quite bland, but that may have been down to the salsa and salad choices I made. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it's a comfortable place to sit down and eat.

  Great tasting with a decent selection. You get a lot for what you pay for, even the small burritos are filling.

  Great food, friendly staff and a good price. Great for lunch and enough to fill you up.

  I visited burrito brothers cardiff today at Queen street. I had visited 3 other branches before, while at university. Then the portion sizes were all very inconsistent sometimes a lot, sometimes a little. Good customer service on this occasion. However, burrito brothers have gone further down hill with regard to their extremely stingy meat portions. It is now mixed with onions to use even less meat and the meat portion is "extremely" frugal. In contrast, there was a huge amount of rice and beans, so ratio of meat to rice and beans was wrong. Also, the amount of sauce was very stingy which resulted in a very dry tasteless burrito. I requested more sauce due to this and this request was obliged. I will not be visiting again due to the lack of meat and spend my money elsewhere.
