Unfortunately our waiter didn't know the meaning of 'discretionary'. I disagree with adding a service charge to the bill at the best of times, but in a burger restaurant where the food isn't even served on plates or with cutlery it's a joke. When our cash didn't add up we asked to only pay a part of the 10% service charge, and we were told "it's not optional". After conferring with her boss they must have realised that 'discretionary' and 'optional' are indeed synonyms, and they let us leave with a scowl. Aside from that the food was good, if quite expensive, but that's Cambridge.

The best burgers and milkshakes money can buy. This place can literally never be beaten

More expensive that 5 Guys with no advantage. Chips where small with a silly selection of seasonings. The burger arrived cold, waitress was lovely and took it back but it returned just as cold, as if it was just put under the heating light for a bit. The taste was good, beef is well cooked.

Surprisingly good burgers for that price (compeptitors charge more). Amazing buns! The milkshake was worse than I expected, though. Too sweet.

Sauce was too sweet. I was eating alone, I said I'd be happy to sit at the bar, but the young woman that greeted told me they, "had a great table for me," and then sat me in a corner with three other couples around me. I eat by myself all the time, but I felt really insecure. Just seat the customer where they'd like to be seated.
