  Top quality results! I am using Butler’s Linen for about 3 months now and I am absolutely satisfied with their service and quality. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Furthermore, their pick up/delivery times are always bang on. I cannot recommend them enough. Great work guys!

  Needed my clothes laundered while visiting Edinburgh on holiday. I dropped them off at 2pm and had them delivered to my hotel the next day before midday. Great, fast service!

  Butlers have been our business supplier for over 1.5 year now and we are dealing with them daily. They have done an amazing effort so far to meet us half way each time. The staff is great to communicate with, they are flexible and listen to feedback. I would recommend to all!

  They said they had a fire and lost over £2000 of bed linen, they blamed my cleaner and said she stole it, have used the same cleaner for ages and she is not a thief. They won't pay for new linen or replace. Filep avoids calls and does not answer emails. I don't understand why he could not use his business insurance to cover the cost of all the bed linen for his clients, the bed linen was on his businesses premises at the time of the fire so Butlers Linen should be responsible for the damage, I would assume they had insurance, I wonder if he did claim for it but not pass the money on to his customers. This a company not to be trusted with your belongings.
