  Was really disappointed, the ingredients used weren't as high quality as expected (cheese on the burger was more of a nacho sauce which overpowered anything else, rest was just standard fare at a premium price). The food was cooked ok although the bacon on my burger was just black because it hadn't been cooked hot and quick enough. Locally you've got chains like Five Guys who do better and independents like Buffalo and Rye who offer better food for a better price. Staff were friendly but uninterested. Beer was below par. I wouldn't return, which is a shame because myself and my partner were looking forward to the visit. When you're spending £50 on two meals with a couple of extra sides you expect better. Walking out the couple who sat at the side of us remarked that they wish they'd gone to MacDonalds.

  First time trying Byran burger, and wow what a pleasant experience super friendly staff and actual table service which I love unlike hand made burger company and the likes! Food was excellent burgers are sooo tasty and actually like a real burger you can hold! Had the banana milkshake which was also sooo tasty if I had only one criticism the chips where a little over done and crunchy for my liking but maybe to other people's taste! Have visited quite a few burger places and this has to be my now new favourite and will certainly be revisiting on my next visit to Birmingham!

  Good service, nice burgers but better with a deal. Burgers cooked to order, good selection of sides but better with Byron club deals. They like to fry pickles... which is strange.

  Instant warm welcome and space made for a party of 10 despite no prior reservation. Service was efficient, fast, and the food tasty. I'd recommend the classic Byron burger.

  I had the Fromagemas burger on the deal which includes a side and drink for £16.95. The combination of flavours on the burger worked very well, considering I was anxious that the cheese would have been overpowering. The use of the different cheeses against the smoky tomato ketchup and the richness of the beef proved to be a symphony of flavours. Service was very good and attentive, whereby staff were pleasant and had empathy for the restaurant, showing passion for their products. The interior is well decorated, however it is a little too dark in the back corner, with high ceilings making sound amplified, so can be a little noisy with the open kitchen too.
