  Have dealt with caffcass over the years when going through courts to get access...... They don't deserve 1 star, they are no way impartial and I would actually describe the young girl I had dealing with me at the courts as completely useless and impartial was not in her dictionary. Caffcass, employ people who are impartial and there to listen to both parties. She actually tried to bully me into taking what my ex partner had offered..... Go in front of the magistrates regardless as they are mature, reasonable people and we're happy to grant me the access I wanted. Caffcass are the worst orginasation out there and the whole lot of them should be sacked, save the tax payers some money for people who know what they are doing. I can not explain how much I hate this organisation and just how shocking they are. I wish you all as much misery as you 'try' and inflict on the decent father's trying to see their children. DISGUSTING!!

  All for the woman i am a grand parent and my sons wife who had an affair with a drug dealer and left taken the children. My son had 2nd week end sleep over with the childred we paid off the monther.and paid divorce Now the mother find she can get more from csa and stopped the childred sleeping over and come up with a story to stop him seeing them Cafcass is a waste of time and money
