  The worst garage ever. If you want to walk around being ignored by the staff this is the place to go! Rude and horrible customer service! If you book in your car for a service and they tell you it will be ready by the end of the day. Get a taxi and go home. It wont be ready! We now go to crawley audi just to avoid using them.

  Great service. Car got recalled by manufacturer and I got these guys to sort it out. Very friendly, very efficient, great service all round. Definitely recommend.

  Great service. Without a doubt the best customer service I have ever had from a garage. Communication was very clear and even washed my car. Very happy with Brighton Audi.

  Be warned. They tried to turn my £50 MOT into a £500 "essential" repair job. I wasn't having any of it, as I know my car is fine. Next day, I took it to a local MOT specialist and surprise surprise it passed without a hitch. Lost the £50 as they insisted on failing it unless I paid for the repairs. With the number of staff employed and monthly sales targets I shouldn't be surprised but hey, you live and learn. Buy local!

  Good customer service with friendly and helpful staff members. The showroom is like something out of a high end shopping centre. Coffee is available on arrival and the place is very clean and tidy. The prices are reasonable but at the higher end of the scale - as to be expected from an Audi dealership.
