  Mr. Howie took my money and everything I own in the world. Delivery was paid for and scheduled for June 2016. He claimed the delivery had been cancelled due to complications he encountered after the Brexit vote and asked me to be patient and promised I would have my belongings returned. I paid him for three years to store them and then a significant sum of money for their delivery to Germany. He doesn't answer e-mails or phone calls. What do you call this except theft?

  Been trying to get items out of storage for past month. Wont answer phone calls or emails or voicemails or do the courtesy thing and call me back. Said they were bringing it out didnt turn up tried phoneing no answer tried visiting their depot have moved no update on google. Disgusting!

  I stored my belongings with Caledonian when I moved from Glasgow to London and then arranged for them to be delivered to me in the south of England. The original date for this was in November but I had still not received my items after 5 months. I eventually had to threaten legal action in order to obtain delivery. This eventually happened seven months after the original date. I sought advice on several internet forums during this period and subsequently received emails from several other people who had similar experiences to my own. There are many better removal companies in Glasgow and I would strongly advise that you avoid this lot.

  I am absolutely delighted with the help received from this company. From office to removal men they were all extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to use them and have already done so to a friend moving tomorrow. Thanks again and keep up the great work.

  Moved mid March from an upper flat to 3 bed house. The guys that came to move us were brilliant; the two of them worked really hard up and down the stairs all morning loading the van and not accepting any help. Anything fragile was wrapped carefully in blankets and everything unpacked unscathed. We couldn't get the washing machine unplumbed and they even did that for us and helped get it sorted in the new house. They were really helpful putting our furniture and boxes in exactly the right rooms and everything was sorted really quickly. Top class service and would recommend wholeheartedly!
