::Car was 15 minutes late for first pickup, with driver continually faffing. Driver did not display any local knowledge, and nearly caused an accident when changing lanes (we had all spotted the other car). A 2-star rather than a 1-star because the fair was very reasonable, but would frankly have rather paid more for a less stressful experience

::Great company! Were quick and on time! The person I spoke to at the office to book the taxi was lovely and both of the drives were so friendly and welcoming and made me feel really comfortable!! Will 100% be using these guys for every taxi trip I need whilst in Bristol. The prices are also a bargain!! Can’t fault them at all!
