  Very friendly and efficient plumber who definitely works in Cambridge. He's replaced all our radiator valves and updated a radiator - central heating a lot better now. He's also fixed a toilet - replacing all the flush bits. I would recommend him.

  This plumber does not work in Cambridge.! He may be ok outside of Cambridge but please be careful if you live in Cambridge. Did not turn up to 3 appointments over 3 consecutive weeks. Very disappointing.

  Mr Taylor had done some work for us in our previous house and was our first choice to replace the boiler and radiators when we moved into our new property. The work was done completely to our satisfaction, all radiators had been replaced with minimal fuss and no mess left behind. Mr Taylor paid great attention to detail and as a result the pipe work to the radiators is incredibly neat. There was a slight problem with the boiler but Mr Taylor returned promptly to sort out the issue. If you require a job doing professionally and at a great price then I thoroughly recommend Mr Taylor.

  As a landlord who doesn't live in the Cambridge area, it was always going to be difficult finding someone trustworthy, honest and reliable without any personal word of mouth recommendations. I was fortunate enough to come across John Taylor - and I'm so glad I did. I couldn't have picked a nicer or more flexible plumber/gas safety engineer. A true professional. I've used him on a number of occasions and he has always made every effort to meet my tenants' requirements, liaising with them directly, often shifting around his schedule to accommodate their various work commitments. John is polite, courteous, respectful and will always go the extra mile to get a job done in the fairest and most equitable manner. He is also VERY determined. When my 9 year old boiler malfunctioned he refused to give up on it, even though the issue was very difficult to identify. He spent 40 minutes of his own time (not paid) on the phone to the guy who trained him as an installer. As a result of this conversation, John said that he would like one last go at repairing the boiler on a 'no fix no fee' basis. I'm pleased to say that he did manage to fix it - saving me a small fortune! John goes that extra mile and if I could give 11+ stars I would do so without hesitation.
