  Well have to start by saying the quality of there work was faultless great clean. BUT I had to argue that a small 5 seat Vauxhall city car was jot an MPV as it had a high roof. Cheeky B@*7@7d wanted an extra £5. Stood my ground and argued the point especially as a huge Audi behind was used by them to explain why my car was more expensive... I finally got my change but seems they do this on a regular basis talking with friends and family. Make sure you go else where or get the price set in advance and pat with exact money. Won't be using again and suggest others avoid to not be ripped off.

  Very disappointed the car was not vacumed properly windows not clean and they broke a tail light off the back and did not offer to fix it. Blamed it on the jet wash, this has never happened before in other places I have taken my car

  First visit here and I won’t be returning. Organisation isn’t the best, can’t keep up well when it’s busy and the quality seems to lack. I waited nearly an hour here whilst having the £15 mini valet option and after all that time I left with water marks on the body work, dirt on parts of the wheels and particles left in the crevices inside the vehicle. On a couple of occasions they even managed to hit the car with the end of the spray nozzle when applying the traffic film remover. Unfortunately you get nowhere complaining at these places as they’re hardly regulated and neither do they give a damn.
