  Don't do it guys, pick another bus service. I purchased tickets for my daughter to go up to London for the Harry experience, it started at 12:30 so I picked a bus that would get her there 2 hours before, it left Cardiff at 06:15 to get in London Victoria station for 10:15 . This was supposed to be a direct route, for some reason the driver stopped off at Reading and picked up, this cost her 45mins then it went into Heathrow to change drivers , this cost an hour, the new driver then got lost from Heathrow to central London which ment my daughter missed The Harry potter experience and her London trip ruined,. Trying to contact customer service is impossible unless you got a hour to wait on the phone and your not cut off while waiting. I have it 1 star because that's as low as I could go, I will never book with national express again. I mean Never. Ruined my daughter's 21st birthday.

  Not the best place for a bus drop but unfair to have a pop as the new bus station is being built as we speak so it won't be here for much longer

  First I thought I have came to a wrong place. But yes.., it is the coach station of the capital city of Wales.... no shelter, no information centre, no toilets, no place to have a cuppa or sarnie... what???? It is just a open place by a park. Cardiff the capital city of Wales 😲.

  It's a dreadfull place to put a coach station. There is a very small shelter that is small for the amount of passengers boarding on/off the coaches; no information board, not enough space for people to board in/out without pushing someone aside; whenever is not summer dont forget to bring 2 coats (one for protecting you from rain, another from cold); almost no lights. The only thing positive is the gentleman that helps with the boarding during nightly hours (give him a raise!!!).

  Dreadful experience. No facilities to get a cuppa or a sandwich whilst waiting for the coach. As I was travelling on my own, it felt a bit intimidating being dropped off in the middle of a park and not the city centre. Quite a trek to and from city centre whilst carrying luggage. Would have expected more than a seating area in the middle of a field for a city that's trying to encourage people to come to major events there. Definitely not a place for those of us with arthritic knees!
