  An embarrassment to the carpet trade, school children would have done a better job fitting carpet to our stairs. Never again..........

  BEWARE OF THIS STORE! STAY AWAY No end of problems from this store. Really wished I'd read the reviews first. They (Patrick the manager and Trevor and the team) in-store do their utmost to be as unhelpful as possible !!

  I had a good experience when I visited.the shop. The person than help me.was. Helpful and knowledgeable I was after some samples but they don't stock them.and is quite annoying to order them on the Internet and.wait for them.to arrive.

  I tried to buy laminate flooring from here, but nobody in the entire place had the wherewithal to manage to sell it, so we went elsewhere. Emails and calls went unanswered for weeks and attempts to get the ball rolling went nowhere -- everyone involved blamed somebody else (often by name, with extensive personal comments). Totally, bafflingly apathetic.

  From start to finish, nothing but lack of communication. Floors measured, carpets chosen but no one got back about fitting date which I was told would happen. I chased them down like my money wasn't good enough. Then the carpet fitters came, they were far from punctual. They never finished the job but I still paid them in full, it took a month to actually finish the job after having to speak to the store manager who arranged a final fitting time. The fitters were late once again and were very dismissive and uninterested in the fact They were late and it had taken them a month to finish a job off.
