  Would never use Truro carpetright again. We had problems after the fitting of our floor. We dealt with Brian who over promises and under achieves and when we aked to speak to the store manager , he was the manger so steer well clear. Contacted customer complaints and they weren't interested. Absolutely disgraceful.

  Dissapointing visit to the shop today. Needed to buy a carpet for my new property and was not welcomed to the store or asked for any assistance. Again 4 staff in the shop and no help offered. I have taken my services elsewhere as I'd rather not give my money to people who are just moaning to each other about work and not doing there job properly.

  Zero marks on customer service. I walked in yesterday - only customer to about 4 staff and not one acknowledged my presence to ask if I needed any help. Not even a smile to signal hello. I had an easy brief and needed to buy a carpet that day. After walking around the shop helplessly, even standing in the middle of it clearly waiting for someone to notice my existence, I voted with my feet and drove down the road to buy a carpet in Hardy Carpets where I was immediately helped and purchased a carpet in under ten minutes.
