  Even 1 star is to much.I wanted to get a phone.they did not sell for me. Because i have eu id cart.. They have not accepted the bank kart or cash. Because i dont have uk id or driving license. They should write front of the door.we do not sell material to anyone ,if is not UK citizens. I was very angry that they are amator and not helpfull. I will pay cash not accepted its stupit. I am not buying gunnnn.

  Although friendly, the staff don't know what they're talking about. Many mistakes made. Recommendations made based on incorrect specs. Lacking knowledge of policies of the various networks on offer. Lots of problems and confusion over what could have been very simple sale of contract. Unapologetic for inconvience caused. Training required. Plenty of other stores close by to compare networks, wouldn't come back here.

  If i could give minus stars i would sadly google says i have to give it one, god knows why. waited long enough while multiple staff were free yet seemed to have their feet glued to the floor. and when i eventually did get tired of waiting (roughly 4 or 5 mins of eye contact) and approached a member of staff the look i got for interrupting there conversation was something else, you would have thought that i had just insulted every member of her family! i wish i had taken her name but sadly after 15 seconds with the amazing member of staff i walked out. Dont waste your energy with this place and go somewhere else.
