  Fantastic customer service. JEMEN was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me. We spent 1 hour and 25 minutes on the phone to Vodafone and although they were not helpful at all. Jemen tried his best.

  Excellent Manager and staff. I have been there today and once before and in both occasions I received excellent Customer service. Even though I hate Carephone warehouse and never buy from them again as they haven't refunded my £869.00 they have taken from my account on the 29/09/2017 for the order they cancelled them self, and as their telephone customer service team are brainless robots who read and repeat that the refund was processed on the same day and there is nothing they can do, and the Ilford Exchange store who never answer the phone calls and didn't want to sell the note 8 as pay as you go even though they have in stock, these guys are exceptional. Today I got the manager to confirm that I never had the refund and he was very patient and comforting. Even other staff was trying to help me out saying I can ask my bank to get the money back which I wasn't aware of. I'd also had excellent customer service when I had bought an A5 as a gift previously. you guys are amazing!!!

  Waited 30mins+ to speak to the manager. She was to busy trying to sell a couple who clearly didn't want it ... virgin broadband, tv, 2 phone contracts, phone cases you name it she was trying too hard. Other staff were helpful. You could tell they were embarrassed I'd been left standing there so long.

  Great team and customer service:) nice spacious store. Great layout.
