  There isn't really much to add to the previous reviews. This is indeed the best letting agency you will find in York and the reason is simple: the team is made out of very professional individuals who will do whatever they can to assist you, which is not something you find easily these days. Thanks for helping us finding a new home.

  I view many properties through many ages when relocating to York. As I was moving from London, it was often tricky, and a bit stressful at times. Holly at Carter Jonas has been amazing. Understanding my preferences, negotiating with landlords, driving me to viewings and even doing me Skype viewings when I couldn't get there. They were by far the best agency I dealt with, and when I buy a property in York myself to rent out, I will go to them!

  Holly and the rentals team were very helpful all the way through the process. My viewing was arranged speedily, and once I'd decided to go for a place everything was done in a quick and friendly manner. I use them again and recommend them to anyone.

  Outstanding service from Louise Hirst, at Carter Jonas - York, and a delight to deal with. Louise sold our house in no time at all, after other agents had failed. Impressive from the outset, Louise personally oversaw the sale, right through to completion, even though she has the support of a first rate team. I never had to progress chase once (how often can one say that when dealing with professionals on the frustrating business of buying and selling residential property?). Exchange of contracts within 7 weeks and completion one week thereafter. I would have no hesitation in recommending Louise or Carter Jonas.
