  WARNING TO ALL LANDLORDS, This company is owned by Felix Cartwright, who we have had to personally deal with when letting him take on one of our 6 bedroom houses.It resulted in him not paying the rent to us for 3 months and suddenly dissapearing entirely, resulting in us having to file a court case to take back possession of the property. Also, when dealing with this company know that they, and felix have no on the book assests.This is because felix himself does not have a house and rents a place, along with him renting the office in which the company is based.Additionally there is nothing in the bank account so he/the company legally can’t pay back any rent/court fees he may end up owing you.This is all written from a personal experience and if you want to know more get in contact.
