::How do you describe a company that goes out of its way to help non customers? Exceptional? Excellent? Estimable? Not good enough in our experience. Exemplary is a better description of a firm who rang other trade contacts to help us even though they had not supplied the lift in question. Do we have any regrets? You bet we do, that we didn't know about Castle Comfort two years ago. They not only gave us much needed help at a difficult time but restored our faith in human nature. ::I was contacted by Castle Comfort after much searching for Stairlift companies for my boyfriends Grandfather in Driffield, The gentleman running it was fantastic helped me co-ordinate two companies to come out and speak to the Grandfather and Acorn were the chosen one. Acorn them selves were very helpful and the over all experience was suprisingly easy so thanks for all your help! And even better we had the appointments on the monday and it was fitted on the friday

::We needed a stairlift at short notice for an elderly relative. The service from Castle Comfort was superb from start to finish, always personal contact with/from the MD Keith or his wife Anne. The survey was done next day and the installation was carried out on our chosen day with the engineer arriving on the doorstep at exactly the appointed time. He did a very efficient installation and left no mess. We would heartily recommend this Company.

::I'm already a Stoke-based fan of Castle Comfort Centre but was surprised and delighted to see that the word has now spread to Manchester! The company and its proprietor can be trusted, which is more than you can say for many of the othe mobility organisations - who seem to care only for the size of your order and the speed of your payment !! Personal service, good humour and above all, genuine care, is what you will get from these people. Hand on heart ! Our Mum was looked after like a princess, at a time when she needed it most.
