  Excellent and very helpful staff. My network providers customer service centre advised me to go to the local store to back up my data before I sent my phone in for repair. My concern was the data on the phone would get wiped out before my phone was repaired as I had important information on it. My network providers did not help at all. I went to 3 different stores....all of whom could not back up my data as there was no screen on my phone and also due to "confidential reasons". The chap at Celltech managed to do the backup which took ages. Very patient and dedicated team. Wish I went there sooner rather than going back and forth to my network provider that are absolutely useless. Keep up the good work 👍

  Had a problem with my laptop screen. The member of staff in question spent an hour+ meticulously trying to resolve the issue. The problem was fixed within a week. The service here is excellent - staff are honest, knowledgeable and genuinely want to help. (Thank you!)

  Really helpful guys. I called into the outlet today and admitted to being in the dark about my new phone and how to best set it up. I received a service that was most importantly understanding of my needs, whilst being quick and helpful. This business will be my go to for all of my tech related needs in future. Thanks guys.

  Great customer service from talking over the phone to in store. Have called several times before with inquiries and have received great advice back. You really feel staff are on your side. I had bought a phone from eBay which unfortunately was not as described and was pricey to fix. I had put a case through and needed proof of the damage in the form of an invoice. Staff at cell tech were happy to do me a favor and write an invoice for me and case was accepted.
