Wonderful cozy room in the attic, the personnel has been so kind and the full english breakfast was nicely prepared. It's close to the rail station (less than 1 minute walk) and to some interesting places to eat (Prezzo, compleat angler and the buffet near premier inn)

I had read some bad reviews of the annexe and so wasn't expecting much when I found out I'd been put there. Low expectations helped, as it proved to be much better than what I was prepared for. The room was comfortable and warm, and the ensuite shower room was nice (it had obviously been done up recently). The downsides for me included the fact that there was no side lamp, so you had to choose between the bright overhead light and complete darkness at night. The room was tiny and the wifi connection was very erratic. Also, being right on the main road meant it was noisy at all times of the day, but I appreciate the hotel owners can't do much about this. Over all I had a good stay here for a very affordable price.

A perfect bolt hole at very reasonable prices if you just need a room for a night or two. The hotel is perfect for travelers coming via train as it is less than a 5 minute walk from Norwich Rail Station which is also where the 25 bus route terminates. In terms of city geography, the city centre is just a short walk up Prince of Wales Road, and there are regular buses if you need slightly further afield. The room itself was perfect for my needs, but the mattress could have done with turning and the heating seemed to be on full. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I would certainly consider staying again in the future.

Had a wonderful experience here on holiday with my wife and son. We had a room with private bathroom. Very clean and excellent breakfast! (I recommend paying a little more for the full English option it was very good). Will be staying here again!
