  I've had 12 sessions of hair removal on my facial and i have a very small result the hair keeps on coming back. The staff is very rude and always changing and telling different stories I am very unhappy with the results because I paid too much money for this and no difference, 6 full body sessions and my underarms still look like there was no session done. I was told that the hair dies from the lase when I first talked to one of the staff, now why is it coming back and I was told that new hairs come out. SERIOUSLY?! I do not recommend the hair removal it's waste of money and time.

  Decided to treat my face because after my first pregnancy some hair was left on my sideburns so I chose the full face pack. After a year of treatment, result? I have more dark hair now on my face that I have when I started the treatment. I was told on and on that the hair that was gone would never come back - total lie! Besides, you never get to be treated by the same technician unless you complain heavily in each appointment. Into my second pregnancy now and I can't even treat my face now somewhere else. Total disappointment and waste of money!

  My sister referred me to this centre. I bought a full body package and they gave me 2 session of pulsonic treatment for free. I already got it and the result is as I expected, my skin looks great. Really happy with the customer service, they know very well how to make me happy. Thanks

  it is a nightmare trying to get in contact with them. EVERY TIME I call them, I have to waste at least 20 mins, I have to call approximately 15 times before I get an answer. This is ridiculous as some of us clients are working women, contacting them in our breaks. I was just on the phone with them booking an appointment when it suddenly shut off, I called them immediately after- it has now been 15 mins and no one has picked up. In addition, I have asked them to book me in with the same therapist every time I do my laser as I don’t want to be passed around to different ones and like consistent treatment. There have been a few times where I have called them to ensure I am booked with the same lady I was with at my previous appointment. They confirmed it on the phone but in person on the day of my appointment - I was allocated someone else. This is not the treatment I expect when we are paying hundreds of ££s for a SERVICE. Especially not when you have paid upfront

  Paid for 6 full-body laser hair removal treatments. Started my sessions in November 2015, and ended my session in November 2017. -Following on from my last session the hair is growing back. I mean certain areas of body look untouched. -Some areas I can see are lighter and thinner which is promising but in terms of "permanent hair elimination" unfortunately not. -The appointment system was really poor. You will only get an appointment 1 month on from when you are calling them which is annoying because it defeats the purpose of having the laser done at the time its supposed to. -Also, you have a few staff members that are friendly but some are just abrupt. Overall, for the price and way it was advertised I'm disappointed. I was told that because my hair is dark and skin is fair it would work so well on me. Ive invested both money and two years into the treatment and to be left with this kind of result makes me quite sad. I have now decided to continue with laser hair removal at a different venue and hope that they will be able to show better results.
