  Every time I go in this CEX it stinks of bleach and they're always blasting out terrible metal. I find it difficult to browse when I've gotta listen to such bad music, I like metal myself but what ever they're playing is utter tripe. You end up queuing for ages even if there's only one or two people in front of you and all the staff look so miserable every time. Although I do frequent this one because they usually have something good in the window, this is the CEX i try to avoid the most. I have walked out before after spend far to long in their que.

  Good shop but not always as well priced as their competitors. Better to check the other local shops.

  Sold them a Sony Xperia L1 and they graded it B this phone does not come with headphones. Service tester said she looked up the phone and said it does come with headphone this is clearly a Lie. Have brought and sold allot to and from Cex. Edit; my problem was solved by the lovely staff member in the Cardiff store through Resolver. Thank you so much for your help.

  excellent store excellent customer service staff very knowledgeable polite and friendly and helpful with advice however the queues are long best to get their early however cannot fault the staff wonderful!

  Great shop. Staff were freindlly. Didnt know anything about the games my son wanted me to get him. Rpg's skyrim. A member of staff approached me asked if i needed help. He was like my personal shopper. Explained the order the games were in, the background of each game and loads more. Thank you guys.
