  I took my car in with an electrical fault, Chandler's charged £78 to diagnose a short in the fuse box, with an estimate of £409 to replace the fuse box......I asked my cousin to look at the fuse box for me and he fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes:- it was a loose fuse connection. There was no short on in the fuse box. I could have listened to Chandlers and paid them £409 for a new fuse box, along with the £78 for the mis- diagnosis. I'm so glad I didn't. I have given one star because there is no option to give a no star reccomendation. They did refund the £78.
