  Worst service ever! Nobody tells you about the 15% exchange fee and the exchange rate is so much expensive. I changed 100 USD and got back only 46 pounds, when in other places they offered me 70. The most impressive is that you cant complain or ask for a refound. You can get better services in the laine! Don't go there

  Stay away, rude impolite staff unwilling to give information about ripoff rates and thanking you for wasting their time after you refuse to change money.

  They offer an attractive exchange rate but do not clearly display their "service fee + conversion fee", scamming people of their money. Once the customer orientates themselves they will point at the no refunds sign and tell you to go away. Will be reporting to ombudsman and recommend other customers do the same. Outright cheaters, change group should be shut down.

  Don't go there any coast. It is a tourist trap. They should be banned from London, they are a shame for our city. Keep away!!!!! They promise you reasonable exchange rates, but as soon as you hand them your money they'll hand you the exchanged money back with 15% commission added on top. Commission which the unscrupulous staff won't talk to you about at any time before you hand them your cash, and after you done it, forget it, they won`t give you your money back. And, unfortunately, if you call police, as I did, they will tell you that is a civil cause, nothing they can act on. So, my friend, if you value your money, keep yourself out of this dodgy place.
