  Luckily Chapelfield vets are on my doorstep, and as I have always had lots of cats, they pretty much know me by now. Always friendly, knowledgeable and understanding.

  We had to take our dog here on New Years Eve after an accident and the vet and staff were very good. He had to have several check ups and these were always thorough and easy . We don't live in Norwich or even Norfolk but we were welcomed in.

  Lovely vets, nothing ever seems like a problem. Have had years of care from them, not at all over priced in my opinion. Vets always seem to truly care about your pets, and reception staff are very friendly too.
