  I've never used charlotte Tilbury before and was excited to try one of their raved about foundations. I actually have worked on a beauty counter for a different brand for several years and know and expect to be given a certain level of customer service and care. After waiting for someone to come and approach me for about 10 minutes I was finally asked if I needed help. I wasn't asked any basic questions such as skin type, coverage, whether I wanted to see the foundation on and the girl barely spoke to me and I had to ask her about the product. She applied the product extremely roughly to my face which shocked me and my friend and didn't finish it or buff it in so I was left with streaks across my face and didn't offer any blushed or powder to finish the look which should be part of basic customer care. It felt like she was painting a wall and like she was trying to hurt me on purpose!! Needless to say I came away with no foundation and a bad impression of what's meant to be a high quality brand and went and spent my money elsewhere in mac. I would suggest perhaps go to a smaller counter and definitely not this store!

  After my dreams were shattered by Laura Mercier & NARS, I walked into the CT in Covent Garden. I was met (not greeted) by a large blonde lady who was too busy having a conversation with a large bearded MUA, so I was fobbed onto a young MUA called BILLIE. I write her name in capitals because she’s that fantastic!!! (If I could highlight, bolden and stick neon lights on her name I would!!)!! Do NOT let her age deceive you, I’m a mature woman but this girl listened, advised and was spot on! She knew her products but importantly she didn’t force sell anything- her work and the product was enough- so do yourself a favour and opt to wait and be seen by BILLIE!! To the blonde lady “you work on commissions right? BIG mistake- huge!” (Borrowed from Pretty Woman!)

  I've heard incredible things about Charlotte tilbury products and popped into the store today to try out a new foundation, Joshua was so so lovely and really knowledgable about the products, he was kind enough to take the time and give me a make over using products suitable for my travels coming up in a couple of weeks, i felt so at ease, what an asset to the team! a genuine and just lovely soul! we cant thank him enough! if you go I reccomend you see Josh 😁! 5⭐s

  Very nice cosmetics and lovely service! I am very pleased and will visit next time I am in London for sure!

  Really bad customer service. I love Charlotte Tilbury's products, but the last time I bought in this store, they charged my credit card twice. One of the staff members said, that the card machine was apparently not working properly (I was the first customer in the morning). I was asked to re-do the payment. I received my credit card statement later and indeed I was charged twice! For one product! When reaching out to customer service, they did not even acknowledge that a mistake happened.
