  I ordered less sugar milk tea but they made a really sweet one. I want to change it into less sweet one, but they added some water into the old one and use the old cup. And They didn't put the plastic cover in the right place of the cup and the drink is comes out so they use a really disgusting mop to clean it. And use hand to tear it off to change a new plastic cover . Their finger even dipping inside the drink . It's really disgusting and didn't consider customer's feeling . Will never come here again !!

  Me and my girlfriend visited as she was really excited to have some bubble tea. She loved it! And I did too! Friendly staff and great drinks

  You don't have to like balls in your mouth to enjoy this place. It's truly one of the more nicer places to get a refreshing non-alcoholic drink in the city of Southampton. There's a wide range of flavours, from common ones such as Strawberry all the way to oriental flavours such as Oolong or Matcha. You'd be foolish to give this place a miss.

  Amazing place and friendly staff! A lot of choices when it gets to flavour and even for those that want to try something new! Best place to just chill and relax even for 5 mins
