  Unsmiling employees and extraordinarily slow service. During our 14 minute wait in line, only 5 drinks were prepared. Clearly they need to sort out their staffing and maybe modify their menu so they can actually provide what they say they offer. It’s basically an experience of pointing to the menu until they actually have something in stock (no milk tea, no pearls??). They don’t post this though, so it wasn’t until after this wait that we discovered the 1 part of a classic milk tea they had was ice.

  Best bubble tea in Cambridge, don't waste your time and money going to other places.

  Very good and authentic Chinese milk tea. You can chose add sugar or not, which is fantastic! I do recommend everyone to try!

  Chatime used to have a very low ranking on my list due to its overly sweetened drinks, but it definitely becomes my top 2 after knowing they serve my favourite Taiwanese drink of all time - Winter melon cooler (冬瓜茶)! Just remember to order half sugar or even less unless you're a sugar-holic person.

  Consistent(!), It tastes the same every time, no worrying your drink may be too sweet today. If you ask for less or no ice, they sub it with water. they measure out the sugar. Menu variations remind me of what you can get back in Taiwan. Bobas are on the soft outside chewy inside type. Just wish boba drinks were less expensive (not them specifically).
