  It was extremely nightmare experience,I don't know who put this demented staff on to book an appointment with doctor., I've been told to call in the morning 8 o'clock so I did and receptionist booked me in ten past nine I said ok and call finished. Later I receive message around 7 oclock Evening that you missed your appointment next time tell us in advance to cancel. I was shocked staff given me wrong time, it's absolutely ridiculous people. Absolutely doughnuts. I will take this further with them on Monday as they are closed now.

  Just absolute HORROR from reception staff to doctors. They have no idea what they doing . I just register there in October and end of November after one doctor appointment and conversation with receptionist that told me I’m holding line and put phone down during conversation gave me terrible experience and changing GP ASAP. HAD appointment with Dr Fattah not helpful at all not communicating during my visit said only three times OK and no problem. No any advice no any help I left GP more sick as I was before coming there.Terrible horrendous service

  The reception is rude, loud and intimidating. The doctors have mis- diagnosed health issues for me and my family three times. Further the waiting times are terrible, 45 min wait on a weekday morning. I am surprised to see the NHS standards can be this appalling. I have changed my surgery henceforth and would not recommend this surgery to anybody.
